We want to make sure that you understand whats happening and how. Let's be honest this is a new concept and most people haven't heard about this before. For that reason we understand that you may be sceptical about what we say we can do. We understand that but remember we are here to help relieve you from stress not add to it.
Some common questions are:
Is there a charge? Yes, once we have established the claim for you we charge £495.00 for the first account and £295.00 for each supplementary account thereafter.
But we do not charge completion fees or back end commissions like some companies.
Do I get the reimbursed funds? Yes you get 100% of the funds claimed back by the legal team, after all it was your money in the first place. It would be hypocritical to charge you to get your own money back from a lender who should never have charged you in the first place.
Does it affect my credit file? Not adversely, once the debt is written off there should be a note on the file that says settled. If not we can obtain a correction notice that ensures no adverse effects are considered by future potential lenders, but remember we are trying to help you become debt free.
How long does it take?
We say to allow 3 - 6 months for the claim to go through.
